The Founders  Scholarship

Now part of the Be the Change initiative, The Founders Scholarship was launched in 2017 at the instigation of the Six Two parent body as one of our 110 per cent bursaries, providing full financial support to ambitious young women who would not otherwise be able to afford an education at Benenden and for whom such support will be truly transformative.

The Founders Scholars are fully funded by the generosity of Founders Parents. Every year, the School asks the parents of Leavers to donate their deposits back to the School in support of our Sixth Form bursaries.

Ways  of Giving

We invite Leavers’ parents to consider donating their deposit to the Founders Scholarship (with Gift Aid, if available) in three possible ways:

  • Donate your full deposit
  • Donate your full deposit after the payment of extras owing at the end of the year
  • Donate a proportion of your deposit
