An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the administrative team at Benenden School as PA to the Deputy Head Boarding and Pastoral Care.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Deputy Head Boarding and Pastoral Care’s Office supporting the Deputy Head Boarding and Pastoral Care with all aspects of their work from diary management, dealing with highly confidential information and problem solving, to being the welcoming face of the Pastoral Office.
This is a busy and vibrant boarding school where flexibility, strong IT skills and a can-do approach are essential for this role. In return, you will benefit from a collegiate working environment with exceptional food (lunch is free), onsite parking and access to the sporting facilities at certain times when not in use by pupils. You will be working on a site that lies in 250 acres of land with plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful Kent countryside.
The working hours for this position are:
8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 5.00pm on Friday (with a one hour unpaid lunch break).
The PA’s hours are flexible and dependent on the needs of the Deputy Head Boarding and Pastoral Care. The role comprises term-time plus 25 days.
