It was a long journey to get to Jasper for the Canada Cup in December, but it was so worth it for the snow. The first half of the trip was for racing in the Cup, and between them, the girls won two trophies, in the Women’s Open Giant Slalom and the Women’s Open Slalom, and three medals.
The last three days of the trip were all about fun on the slopes, exploring Jasper and visiting the Pizza Place to celebrate not one but two birthdays. The students enjoyed getting to know other youngsters from the different schools and Harrow and Westminster, in particular, were very complimentary about our girls.
We are hoping to run another trip to Jasper again in December 2026, but this time it will be for girls that want to race, would like to learn, take an Instructor’s course, or just ski/snowboard for fun. Watch this space!
