A tremendous set of performances at the NSEA National Eventing Championships saw Benenden coming second and being named Reserve National Eventing Champions.
The competition took place at Stonar School in Wiltshire, with Benenden having qualified for the event in May. Three girls represented the School at the Championships.
This busy competition ran over two days and involved schools from across the country. The Benenden team were competing in the top class of the day, the 1m class, where they had to complete a dressage test, a round of 1m high show jumps and then tackle 19 demanding cross-country fences over a 2km course.

The standard of performance at a national competition is always very high and all our riders performed very well, with a fourth place and sixth place and each girl contributing to the fantastic second place finish.
Well done to everyone involved.
