Students recently celebrated diversity and inclusivity with a range of fun and engaging activities as part of Benenden’s Cultures Week.Beginning with a bubbling evening of performances for a special live lounge event, a variety of cooking workshops followed throughout the week – where students learned how to cook Nigerian joloff rice, Ukrainian varenyky, Chinese dumplings and French galette des rois.No event was more colourful and vibrant however than the Cultures Week fair, where students – who had been invited to wear cultural dress for the day – could enjoy stalls providing all manner of tasty treats from across the globe.
