The School was taken over by singing nuns recently as Sister Act fever engulfed the site! The classic 1992 film was transported onto the stage for our School musical and it certainly didn’t disappoint.
The musical tells the story of a worldly singer who witnesses a mob crime so the police hide her as a nun in a traditional convent where she has trouble fitting in.
The production was a triumph. Solos were sung with power and confidence, costumes transported us back to the 1970s when the show was set, acting was first-rate and sets incredible.
Everyone from actors to musicians to the production crew can feel rightly proud of a wonderful achievement.
