Congratulations to our wonderful Senior Nurse and Medical Centre Manager, Sarah Rushton, on winning the Unsung Hero award at last night’s Tatler Schools Awards at The Savoy Hotel in London.
We are incredibly proud of this recognition for her dedication to the whole Benenden community, and the hard work of all of the staff in the Medical Centre team.
Picking up the award at the ceremony Sarah said: “The fact that I was nominated was such a wonderful surprise and I already felt a winner before the ceremony! It was a lovely event hosted by Tatler at The Savoy Hotel and they mentioned that this year they had received over 13,000 votes for all the categories, which is a huge number. I feel very appreciated and the recognition and wonderful comments said and sent to me have been a little overwhelming to be honest. I am so proud to have won this for the medical centre team and of course for Benenden School, where I really do love my job.”
