Pupil Impact
Fund
Benenden’s Pupil Impact Fund enables us to apportion gifts where the need is greatest. This fund supports the building of new facilities or modernisation of existing ones, equipment to improve teaching and learning, and the provision of life-changing bursaries.
The Pupil Impact Fund is vital in maintaining impetus towards our core strategic objective to give the girls the richest and most complete education possible.
Donations of every value are helpful and have wide-ranging impact. For example, a recent donation to this fund has enabled the installation of two Potter’s Wheels in the Art Department which increases the opportunities for clay modelling and ceramics.
“For my Art coursework, I’m currently working on a rather large pot, mainly inspired by my Chinese roots back in Hong Kong as I visited a museum with numerous china pots, all delicately hand painted from the Ming Dynasty. Pottery was one of the forms of art I have never explored before, and I had zero experience with the wheel. Kate, the technician from the art department has been my biggest inspiration, with lots of experience working with clay and the wheel, she has taught me the basics plus tips and tricks with pottery. The wheel has been a massive help to my pottery project, as it shapes and smoothens out my pot, a great machine to use for aspiring potters!”

Ways of Giving
Donating to Benenden to support the School’s development, bursaries or partnerships work could not be easier. Giving a one-off gift can make an immediate impact on the School, while a regular gift, whether monthly or annual, can help the School plan for the future.
Transforming Lives
We strive to deliver significant, lasting impact across all areas of life at Benenden.
